I'm Joanna Jensen — former investment banker, founder, exited entrepreneur, board chair, and author. I built Childs Farm from a personal need into the UK's No.1 baby and child toiletries brand, and sold it to PZ Cussons in 2022 delivering a 17x return for my investors.
Today I chair the EIS Association, sit on boards, write a regular column for The Sunday Times, and speak to audiences across the UK who want real, honest insight into what it actually takes to build and grow a business.

I've sat on boards in growth and in crisis. I ask the questions others avoid, back the management teams who deserve it, and challenge the ones who need it. I know what good governance looks like — because I've been on the receiving end of both kinds.

From TEDx to universities to major business conferences, I speak on building brands, entrepreneurial resilience, scaling, female founders, and the EIS. My talks are honest, practical and — I'm told — occasionally quite funny.
